🌭🦈 TUESDAY NIGHT DINNER IS SORTED! 🍟🌭One thing that makes Parkwood Sharks special is that we’re more than just a football club — we’re a community. But right now, a very small group of volunteers are carrying a very big load.The same people are opening up, setting up, packing down, working in the canteen, organising events, washing jerseys, helping teams and doing all the behind-the-scenes jobs that keep our club running week after week.The reality is, they’re getting tired.Thanks to a few of our incredible team mums, we’ve been trialling the canteen on training nights and it’s been a huge success! Because of the support we’ve received, we’ll be serving hot food on training nights for the rest of the season. ✅But we need more than customers — we need helpers.If every family gave just a little bit of time, whether it’s 30 minutes in the canteen, helping set up, pack down, cook, clean or lend a hand where needed, it would make an enormous difference.Many hands make light work.So this Tuesday:✅ Stay back after training✅ Grab dinner from the canteen✅ Support your club✅ Consider putting your hand up to volunteerOur Sharkies deserve a strong club, and a strong club is built by everyone, not just a handful of people.See you Tuesday night for a feed, a chat, and hopefully a few new faces joining our volunteer crew. 💙🦈🩷#ParkwoodSharks #SharkiesFamily #ManyHandsMakeLightWork #SupportYourClub #VolunteersNeeded ...
