The decision, in consultation with all host venues is to postpone this wknds junior games and have them replayed in the June/July school holidays on 11th and 12th of July. We understand the calendar does not have this as a wet weather make up round, however with part of a round earlier already having been abandoned due to weather we are aware of the need to get kids on the field and play.![]()

Majority of host venues this wknd were not available for a variety of reasons – field still under water, fields cannot be marked for games, or repeated hosting over the last few weeks and coming weeks which have left fields worse for wear and clubs wanting to preserve for the rest of the season.![]()

This is a challenge and while we know not everyone will agree with the decision, especially given the sunshine today, we have a long way to go through the season with a lot of games still to be played.

Due to the current field closures by Council, we have made the early decision to cancel all training sessions today.![]()

While we know this can be disappointing for players and teams, the condition of our fields means they need time to recover and dry out. ![]()

With a long season still ahead of us, it’s important that we look after our playing surfaces now to ensure they remain safe and playable for everyone throughout the year.![]()

We ask all players, parents, and supporters to please be mindful of this and help us protect the grounds by staying off the fields while closures are in place.![]()
