Parkwood Sharks is looking for a Volunteer Co-Ordinator to lead the charge in 2026 — our 50th Jubilee Year — by building, supporting, and celebrating the incredible volunteer crew that keeps our club thriving.![]()

You’ll be at the heart of the club — from rostering to recognition, Blue Cards to BBQ shifts — ensuring every hand raised has the support it needs to succeed.![]()

🙌 What You’ll Do:![]()
✅Recruit and roster volunteers for all key roles: canteen, bar, game day, events & more![]()
✅Manage Blue Card compliance and volunteer registration![]()
✅Lead onboarding, training, and development for new volunteers![]()
✅Help create a positive, inclusive volunteer culture![]()
✅Celebrate our volunteers and keep them coming back season after season![]()

⏱ Time Commitment:![]()
Approx. 12–15 hrs/week (increases pre-season and during home games)![]()

✅ You Bring:![]()
✨Confidence working with people and systems![]()
✨Strong organisational skills![]()
✨A current Blue Card (or willingness to obtain one)![]()
