Today marked the very first Speed Express session at Parkwood Sharks with the master himself, Ian Carapeto, and what a way to kick things off. 💥![]()

The conditions were far from ideal… rain, mud, sloshy fields and wet gear everywhere — but that didn’t stop anyone. They showed up, put in the work and embraced the challenge anyway. That says everything about the people involved. 💙![]()

We had people from different sporting backgrounds, different clubs and all age groups come together for one purpose — to learn, improve and grow. That’s what makes sessions like this so exciting.![]()

We couldn’t be more pumped to welcome Ian to Parkwood Sharks and to open our doors not only for our Sharkies, but for the wider sporting community as well. The energy, enthusiasm and willingness to try something different was unreal.![]()
