Be Our Volunteer Co-Ordinator in 2026 🫶If you’ve ever said, “I’ll sort the roster” — this role is made for you.Parkwood Sharks is looking for a Volunteer Co-Ordinator to lead the charge in 2026 — our 50th Jubilee Year — by building, supporting, and celebrating the incredible volunteer crew that keeps our club thriving.You’ll be at the heart of the club — from rostering to recognition, Blue Cards to BBQ shifts — ensuring every hand raised has the support it needs to succeed.🙌 What You’ll Do:✅Recruit and roster volunteers for all key roles: canteen, bar, game day, events & more✅Manage Blue Card compliance and volunteer registration✅Lead onboarding, training, and development for new volunteers✅Help create a positive, inclusive volunteer culture✅Celebrate our volunteers and keep them coming back season after season⏱ Time Commitment:Approx. 12–15 hrs/week (increases pre-season and during home games)✅ You Bring:✨Confidence working with people and systems✨Strong organisational skills✨A current Blue Card (or willingness to obtain one)✨A passion for bringing people together📩 Ready to lead the engine room of the Sharks family?
